Dry skin Brushing ~
A great treatment that I added to my wheel house last week. Honestly I've done it before but it's been quite some time so I felt like I was starting back at square one 😊 It has a range of benefits from exfoliating and removing dry skin to improving lymphatic functions to reducing cellulite.

It's a great add on to your massage, including any deep tissue massage. This quick treatment takes about 15-20 minutes and is performed before your regular massage. The brush, made of natural bristles moves quickly along your skin in an upward motion towards your heart, helping to improve your lymphatic function. It is also said to improve the look of cellulite and who doesn't want that?! The use of hot towels after the brushing makes it very luxurious and cleanses the skin in preparation for your massage.

Dry skin brushing is so great for you 🙌 I did this beneficial treatment last week for a client and she left walking on clouds ☁️Interested in getting adding this to your next massage?! #messageme @ #massagemegen #treatyoself #reducescellulite #somanybenefits #healthandwellness #massageismagic #dryskinbrushing #wellnesstreatment

  1. This kind of body treatment joins a few unique sorts of back rub treatment in one session. It goes past this, nonetheless.couples massage in Manhattan

  3. So the issue is I'm looking for a night moisturizer, something light that works- the neutrogena one makes my face oily when I wake. Any suggestions?
